Jesus has total control over life and death. Think about it. Not only did He gave the ability to reach beyond death and retrieve the spirit of Lazarus to bring him back among the living, but He even had to give permission for His own Spirit to exit into death. That’s how powerful our God is!
When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and released his spirit. (John 19:30 NLT)

I have no doubt that as Jesus looks at our world today, He weeps. He knows the pain and struggle that we deal with everyday. He longs for men to see what He did for them on the cross. But He also knows that the day is coming when every knee will bow.
But as he came closer to Jerusalem and saw the city ahead, he began to weep. (Luke 19:41 NLT)

Jesus foretold His death. He knew it was about to get ugly. He even prayed that it wouldn’t happen. Yet He never backed down from what He knew that He had to do, and He knew that it would be okay in the end.

The woman said, “I know the Messiah is coming—the one who is called Christ. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.” Then Jesus told her, “ I AM the Messiah!” (John 4:25-26 NLT)

Jesus doesn’t care what youve done. He didn’t come to judge us, he came to love, change, and save us. Let Him do it.
God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. (John 3:17 NLT)

A new life, a new heart, a new way of thinking: all benefits of being born again through God’s Spirit. The best part, though, is when we come to the end of our earthly lives, and this old body is worn out, we get a new glorified body as well!
Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.” (John 3:3 NLT)

You will be presented with things that are only possible with God’s help. Remember to give Him the glory for working these events out for you. Do t just shrug your shoulders and scratch your head. Miracles still happen.
He replied, “What is impossible for people is possible with God.” (Luke 18:27 NLT)
